Just so you know, I'm a wife, married to Mr Handsome, mom, grandma, sister, aunt, friend, teacher and sharer. I love to quilt, sew, craft, diy and bake once in awhile.

I have worked in the quilting industry for many years and find the people in this little market an amazing group of talented artists. My love for fabric and sewing extends past the basics of quilting, and although I will always make quilts, I also love home decor projects, machine embroidery, paper crafting and all sorts of other DIY projects.
I also love to teach quilting and home sewing. It is awesome when a student learns a new technique, when they have that moment when they get what we are working on, even when they can take a break from life and just visit and enjoy the world of fabric, thread and machines!
You might also wonder why blog. Well, I really like to share stuff, I like to teach, and I like to get to know those who also love the creative side of life. That is it! So simple!
